We retain essential billing information—such as billing address, order details, and transaction ID—to process your purchase, provide customer support, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

5) Authorisation, Verification and Fraud Prevention
Each payment must be authorised by your card issuer or wallet provider.
We may carry out additional verification checks, such as confirming billing or shipping details, before your order is dispatched. If verification is not successful, we may place the order on hold or cancel it and issue a refund.
